The pipe is 76.3φ, but the titanium material is 1mm thick and the inner diameter is 74.3φ. (For stainless steel material, even 80φ is 1.5mm thick, so it is 77φ.)
The inside of the sub-tyco is 76.3φ, and the main pipe is reduced to 70φ because the exhaust resistance is quite low, and this alone reduces the sound considerably.
