HyperNight Racing produces & supplies genuine aftermarket automotive parts sourced from manufacturers around the world. Many products are imported specifically for each customer order, and shipping conditions can vary depending on supplier location, freight method, and product size.

The following policy explains how orders are shipped and how returns are handled.

Shipping Methods

HyperNight Racing ships orders worldwide.
Shipping carriers vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. We use freight brokers to secure the most suitable carrier for each shipment.

Orders may be shipped via:

  • Courier services

  • Air freight

  • Sea freight

Large automotive components such as body kits, bumpers, bonnets, or wings may require freight services rather than standard courier delivery.

Order Processing

Items that are currently in stock typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Some products sold by HyperNight Racing are shipped directly from international suppliers, while others are dispatched from our workshop.

Orders containing special order or imported items may require additional processing time before shipping.

Lead Times for Imported Parts

Many products available through HyperNight Racing are manufactured or sourced overseas specifically for each order.
Lead times vary significantly depending on the manufacturer and production schedule.

Typical lead times can range from approximately 4 weeks to over 12 months in some cases.
Estimated timeframes are provided as a guide only. Production delays, supplier scheduling, and international freight logistics can all affect delivery timelines.

International Orders

Customers ordering from outside Australia are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not controlled by HyperNight Racing.

Freight Damage

Customers must inspect all deliveries upon arrival.
If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.

Freight damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, and resolution may depend on the freight carrier and shipping insurance conditions.
Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may affect the ability to file a freight claim.

Workshop Pickup

Customers may choose to collect their order from the HyperNight Racing workshop.
If an item was imported or freighted to the workshop specifically for the order, the freight cost to the workshop must still be paid prior to collection.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for unused products provided the item:

  • Has not been installed

  • Has not been modified

  • Is returned in its original condition and packaging

All returns must be approved by HyperNight Racing before the item is sent back.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The restocking fee applies to cover handling, processing, and supplier costs associated with the order.

Special Order & Imported Items

Because many products are imported specifically for each customer order, returns may still incur the 20% restocking fee even for special order items.
Return approval for special-order products may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the manufacturer and product type.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for the following items:

  • Electrical components

  • Installed parts

  • Painted or modified products

  • Clearance or final sale items

These items are considered final sale.

Change of Mind / Refused Delivery

If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, refused upon delivery, or returned due to customer change of mind, the order may still be subject to the 20% restocking fee. Return freight costs may also apply depending on the shipping carrier.
