These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products and services provided by HyperNight Racing. By purchasing from HyperNight Racing, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

HyperNight Racing specializes in the supply of imported automotive parts, performance upgrades, and mechanical services.

Many products sold by HyperNight Racing are special order items sourced from international suppliers, and lead times may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping conditions.

All purchases made through HyperNight Racing constitute acceptance of these terms.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice due to fluctuations in:

  • Supplier pricing

  • Currency exchange rates

  • Freight costs

  • Import duties and handling fees

Quotes are typically valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is required before any goods are shipped or ordered from suppliers unless otherwise agreed.
For special order items, full payment or a deposit may be required before the order is placed.
Once a special order has been placed with a supplier, the order cannot be cancelled.
HyperNight Racing reserves the right to cancel any order and provide a refund if a supplier cannot fulfill the order.

4. Special Order & Imported Items

Many items sold by HyperNight Racing are manufactured to order or imported specifically for the customer.

Because of this:

  • Lead times may vary significantly

  • Supplier delays are possible

  • Production times are estimates only

HyperNight Racing is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, freight companies, or customs processing.
Special order items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is proven to be defective.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination.
For international shipments:

  • The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only.

Once an item has been handed to a freight carrier, delivery timelines are outside the control of HyperNight Racing.
HyperNight Racing is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs inspections, or international logistics disruptions.

6. Freight Damage

Some products sold by HyperNight Racing, particularly fiberglass (FRP), carbon fibre, or large body components, are fragile by nature.
Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival.

If damage is discovered:

  1. The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Clear photos of the packaging and damaged item must be provided.

  3. All packaging materials must be retained for freight claims.

Failure to report freight damage within this timeframe may void the ability to claim compensation from the freight carrier.
Resolution of freight damage claims may depend on the policies of the shipping carrier.

7. Returns

Returns are accepted only in limited circumstances.
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Special order items

  • Imported items made specifically for the customer

  • Installed or used products

  • Electrical components

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

8. Product Use

Many products sold by HyperNight Racing are performance parts intended for motorsport or modified vehicles.
The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local road regulations and vehicle safety standards.

HyperNight Racing is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle compliance issues

  • Installation errors performed by third parties

  • Improper use of products

Professional installation is recommended for many products.

9. Workshop Services

For mechanical work and vehicle servicing performed by HyperNight Racing:

  • Diagnostic fees may apply.

  • Additional work beyond the initial quote may require approval.

Vehicles left at the workshop after completion may incur storage fees.
Customers are responsible for arranging collection of their vehicle in a timely manner.

10. Liability

HyperNight Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products sold.
Installation of aftermarket performance parts may affect vehicle reliability, safety, and warranty.
All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

11. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies depending on the manufacturer.
HyperNight Racing does not manufacture the products it sells and therefore relies on the warranty policies of the original supplier.
Warranty claims may require the item to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products or services from HyperNight Racing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
