The KUHL IRON BUILD kit adds tubular steel guards to the front, sides and rear of the three-door Suzuki Jimny Sierra JB74W. The front guard curves up from the lower frame and carries the number plate on its centre plate. Matching rails follow the sill line, and the rear guard wraps beneath the bumper. Choose the version that matches the bodywork already fitted to your Jimny.

Series 5 fitment. KUHL excludes the front bumper protector on the Series 5 Jimny Sierra because the guard interferes with the front millimetre-wave radar. This restriction applies to every set containing the front protector.

HyperNight Complete Set · 8 items. Includes all seven IRON BUILD items and the stainless-steel KUHL Slash 4-Tail exhaust with four 100 mm heat-blue tips. Choose manual (MT) or automatic (AT). The exhaust requires a compatible KUHL rear bumper on a pre-update 3BA-JB74W.
All eight items are available separately in the Configuration menu. For a vehicle with mixed bodywork, select the guard for each fitted bumper, side step or fender individually. Add each selection to your cart before choosing the next.
Materials and design
KUHL supplies the guards, pipe fenders, rear ladder and roof rack in painted steel. The rear cargo cage is supplied painted. The photos show KUHL’s black hardware fitted to its Crayon-colour Sierra. There is one supplied finish for each IRON BUILD piece.
The pipe fenders follow the outside of the wheel arches. The roof rack sits low on roof-mounted feet, and the upper section of the rear ladder can be adjusted to change its angle. The exhaust uses twin silencers and four slash-cut outlets.
Vehicle fitment and installation
For the three-door Suzuki Jimny Sierra JB74W. Choose factory versions for Suzuki bumpers, side trim and fenders. Choose KUHL versions for the corresponding KUHL bodywork. The demo vehicle wears the separate KUHL BLOCKER body kit. Existing bumper and fender styles determine which guards to order.
The exhaust and eight-item Complete Set fit 3BA-JB74W vehicles built before the 2025 model change with a compatible KUHL rear bumper. For a factory-bumper Sierra, the seven-item set is the full hardware package. KUHL flags the pipe fenders as a change to the vehicle’s exterior dimensions.
