We have realized the first hollowing in the aero industry designed by doing. It features a three-dimensional shape completed by advanced aero manufacturing technology that is impossible with ABS material.
── Aero material ──
・The aero material uses KUHL's original material SG (strong grade), which boasts 1.5 times the strength and thickness of conventional FRP materials. Not only the strength of the material is increased, but also reinforcement material is put in each part, so it is a high-strength aero part that can withstand a speed range of 200 km or more.
> FRPSG (strong grade) type
Boasting 1.5 times the strength and thickness of conventional FRP material, the standard setting grade of KUHL BODY KIT.
