This race-spec dry-carbon aero bonnet is made by CarbonJunkie / Workshop Takumi for the Toyota AE111 Levin.
FITMENT: Toyota Corolla Levin AE111.
CONSTRUCTION: Laminated dry carbon with honeycomb construction.
PRODUCT WEIGHT: 3.5 kg (manufacturer specification).
SPECIFICATION: Lightweight race specification, with inner reinforcement at the hinge areas only.
The vented aero design is intended to support airflow and cooling while reducing weight. The manufacturer states that integrating the bonnet with engine-bay shrouding can generate additional downforce.
Dry-carbon products are made using Japanese prepreg material and cured in an autoclave. Dry carbon may yellow with ultraviolet exposure; a protective clear coat is recommended. Painting and installation costs are not included.
Please note: The listed price does not include shipping. Freight will be quoted separately after sale. For a quote beforehand, please contact sales@hypernightracing.com.
Japan special order. Please expect delays for product delivery. Cancellation of these made-to-order items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
